The point of sale built for coffee

RoarPOS is an Android register, a back office for your menu, an owner portal, online ordering and a website, run as one system. Change a price once and it is on the till, the ordering page and the menu board within a minute. Card payments run through Stripe, into the cafe's own account.
RoarPOS by Creativity Jungle: a roaring lion beside a tablet register

One menu. Every screen.

Most cafe systems make you keep the till, the website and the online ordering page in step by hand. In RoarPOS the menu is written once, in the back office, and every surface reads it: categories, sizes, milks and syrups, prices, and when each item is served. The register re-checks every minute. Nothing is typed twice.

The register

An Android tablet app. One code from the portal connects it, staff sign in with a four-digit PIN, and it keeps selling when the internet does not, syncing the sales when it returns.

The back office

Where the menu lives: categories, channels, modifier groups, items with sizes. Plus employees, gift cards, wholesale invoices, sales reports and a plugin marketplace.

The owner portal

Money and machinery: Stripe onboarding, tax, card readers, tills and kitchen displays, loyalty, discounts, schedules, reports and your own domain.

A menu a manager can keep

Every item shows which channels carry it and whether it is on sale, 86'd or on no menu at all. Adding an item is one page: details, sizes, the options it asks and the channels it appears on, saved together.

Tablets and readers that pair in a minute

Generate a code on the Devices page, type it into the tablet, and the register is enrolled. Pair a Stripe WisePOS E to a location or to a single register, so a front counter and a drive-through each have their own.

A website that knows your menu

Each cafe gets a Canopy website with cafe components built in: the live menu, opening hours and online ordering. Edit it in place, publish when it is right, and move it onto your own domain when you are ready.
