The HGCS ecosystem
RoarPOS is one product in a family built by Creativity Jungle to run a hospitality business end to end. Each part stands on its own; together they share one menu, one login for staff, one payments account and one operator watching over all of it.

Canopy: the website builder
Every cafe gets a website built on Canopy, Creativity Jungle's own CMS. It is edited in place on the live page, publishes as a snapshot so visitors never see a half-finished draft, and ships cafe components that read the same menu as the register: the live menu, opening hours and online ordering. Media is checked before it is served and every field is sanitised on the way out.
- In-place editing, drafts, versions and rollback per page
- A 16-column grid that collapses cleanly on a phone
- Shared headers and footers, templates, blog posts as pages
- One licensing hub for the fleet, so a person signs in once across shops
CafeMS: the back office
The back office holds the menu and the people, and hosts add-ons from a plugin marketplace: staff scheduling, catering, bookings and more, each with its own storage and its own database role, installed in one click and kept current by the hub.

The owner portal and payments gateway
The portal is where the money side lives. Behind it sits the HGCS payments gateway, which holds the platform's Stripe credential once, for every cafe, and fans webhooks out to the right cafe's till. Each cafe onboards its own Stripe account; the platform never touches the cafe's funds.
The operator console
Cafes are provisioned from a form: containers, databases, DNS, certificates, a licence on the hub, a Stripe connected account and a guided setup site for the owner, with a live progress bar. The console watches every container, suspends and removes cafes behind heavy confirmation, and keeps a job history.

Guided setup for owners
A temporary setup site walks a new owner through their shops, hours and tax, then hands over the real sign-ins once and disappears. Owners never receive a password by email.
Next: SpamShield
SpamShield is Creativity Jungle's email protection platform, and it is being integrated into HGCS next.
What SpamShield is
SpamShield Email is a self-hosted mail service that sits in front of a domain's existing mail host. It pulls the domain's mail from a catch-all mailbox, runs it through rule-based filtering, whitelists, blacklists, blackholes and shared threat lists, files each message into the right person's mailbox, and serves it through a webmail interface and a Windows desktop client that stays signed in and works offline. It also drafts replies and cleans up a mailbox on request using an AI assistant, never for spam scoring.
SpamShield Hub
The Hub is the shared intelligence behind every SpamShield installation. Each instance reports the spam it sees; the Hub catalogues every address and domain, counts how often each is reported and assigns a threat level that every other instance pulls down daily. It also runs the support desk, so a question raised from inside the app lands with the people who can answer it.
What the integration will mean for a cafe
Mail for the cafe's domain, protected and filed, with the same sign-in as the rest of HGCS: order confirmations, catering enquiries and supplier mail in one place, spam kept out by lists that every cafe on the platform improves together, and support tickets that reach Creativity Jungle without leaving the back office.
